Laser engraving allows engraving using a powerful laser beam, which passes through mirrors, “piloted” with extreme precision by the software. The engraving method exploits the reaction of the material in contact with laser radiation, able to: scratch it, remove a part of it or cause a chemical reaction that generates a different colour.

The latest generation inkjet printers allow to print on all types of support, even the most delicate ones such as glass, cases and plastic, without mechanically interacting with the content. The solution offers a wide range of colours, including white, and allows to achieve high quality results, with the possibility of customizing the packaging with logos and writings.

Dry marking is carried out with a punch cliché, which impresses a deboss on the package while maintaining a calibrated pressure on the surface to be marked. This printing system is particularly suitable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical cases and for thick cartons.

Almost perfect labeling thanks to PLC management for parameter setting, on cylindrical, oval and flat products. For industrial products in cardboard boxes, plastic, metal, rubber, sheet metal, aluminum, glass tubes, we carry out marking on several printing lines and in various colours.
